Shipping
Shipping under 5 kg is charged to the customer with the advantageous flat rate of 10 € in Italy and Europe, specifically for the countries: Italy, Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal (excluding the Azores and Madeira), Romania, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain (excluding the Balearic and Canary Islands), Sweden, Switzerland , United Kingdom, Vatican City.

Shipping times are on average 2-5 working days.
If the order has not been received in time and you have not received any update on the status of the order, we suggest you: check the status of the order by accessing your reserved area on Personal Profile -> Orders; verify that the address indicated for the shipment is correct; if the status of the order is "shipped" contact the courier in charge that we have indicated in the shipment confirmation in the presence of a notice of non-delivery, contact the courier in charge that we have indicated in the shipment confirmation For further assistance contact us, we will always be available for any need.
Returns and Refunds
Get in touch with us at info@ramatoapparel.com and we will contact the courier. Don't worry - we'll find a solution and do what's necessary to send you the refund.
As soon as we receive your items, we will refund you within a maximum of 14 days.
Orders
If you would like to change the size or color of your order, please contact us as soon as possible by email at info@ramatoapparel.com, there may still be time for us to change the garment. But, as you know, we only produce in small quantities to minimise waste, so this isn’t always possible. If the garment has already been shipped, we will proceed with a change and, in case the wished size or color is not available for the change anymore, we will refund your purchase as soon as you ship the item back.
No problem. Select the color and size, click on Preorder and then Continue shopping. Your item will be added to your cart and you can move on to the next items you want.
Go to the order confirmation email we sent you and you will find it. You can also find it on your customer account under "My orders".
Payment
Pretty much all of them: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Apple Pay, Google Pay. For AMEX you just need to make sure the billing address matches your AMEX account.
The transaction is made the moment you order. After that, it depends on your bank, generally the debit itself takes 1-3 days.
Obviously! We do not print any invoices, so no risk of finding one in the shipment. No invoice in the order means no price on the item. If you need the invoice, log into your customer account and you will be able to find it.
